Step-by-Step Instructions:
Set the Iron:
Turn your iron to “Cotton” or high heat (around 350°F / 175°C).
Turn off the steam setting. You want dry heat only.
Position the Patch:
Place the garment flat on the ironing board.
Place the patch where you want it, adhesive side down.
Protect the Patch:
Cover the patch with a thin cloth, pillowcase, or parchment paper. This prevents scorching and protects the embroidery.
Iron It On:
Press down firmly on the patch for 20–30 seconds.
Apply even pressure—don't move the iron around.
Flip the garment and iron the back side of the patch area for another 15–20 seconds.
Let It Cool:
Let the patch cool for a minute. The glue sets as it cools.
